Terms of Service

1. Important: Do Not Log In to the DVSA Portal

Please do not log in to the DVSA portal yourself, or through any third-party app or service, until we have confirmed your new slot.

2. Service Provision

All services and software (including earlyslotfinder.com and its cancellation search service) are provided by Early Slot Finder ("the company") on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties. The company cannot guarantee continuous access to the DVSA website or the availability of earlier test dates.

3. DVSA Login Authorisation

By providing your driving licence number, you agree that the company may log in to the DVSA website on your behalf to check for earlier driving tests or reschedule your test. All actions taken on the DVSA website are performed solely by us — you are not required to take any action on your end.

4. Affiliation Disclaimer

The company has no affiliation with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). Signing up for this service does not guarantee that we will find an earlier test date for you.

5. Responsibility for Changes or Cancellations

The company is not responsible for any changes to your test date or time made by the DVSA, or for cancellations due to reasons such as examiner illness or adverse weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, fog).

6. Auto-Booking Responsibility

If you enable auto-booking or manually book a test through our service, it is your responsibility to cancel it if necessary. The company is not liable if you book a non-refundable test and later decide to cancel.

7. Email & Phone Consent

By registering with the company, you consent to receiving emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS text messages and phone calls from us. Your personal details will not be shared with third parties.

8. Account Usage

Each purchased account can only be used to search for practical driving tests for the licence holder whose details are entered on the website. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are not used according to this rule. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact you before account suspension.

9. Learner Driver Responsibilities

The learner driver is responsible for attending the driving test, bringing the correct documents, and ensuring that their car is suitable for the test. The company is not liable for any cancellations resulting from learner driver or instructor errors, including missing documents or unsuitable vehicles.

10. Managing Test Dates

It is the user's responsibility to manage their test date and cancel it via the DVSA website if they cannot attend, especially if it is close to the DVSA's short-notice period.

11. Payment

No payment is taken when you register. Once we have found and booked an earlier driving test for you and sent you the new date, time and test centre by WhatsApp message, you will be asked to pay for the service. Payment is due once you have received confirmation of your new test date.

If we do not find you an earlier driving test, or we are unable to provide the service for any other reason, you pay nothing. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

12. Cancellation without Notification

If a booking is cancelled without informing the Early Slot Finder team, any payment due will be assessed based on company policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
