Questions about the service
Do I have to use auto-booking?+
No. Auto-booking is there if you want a matching slot taken the instant it appears, which is usually what gets you the best dates. If you would rather approve each one, we will message you on WhatsApp and take it on your say-so instead.
Can you look for a later test as well as an earlier one?+
Yes. The search can look for both earlier and later test dates, so if your circumstances have changed and you need to push a test back, we can work on that too.
How many test centres should I add?+
As many as you would genuinely travel to. Cancellations are released centre by centre, so each one you add is another chance to be matched. There is no extra charge for watching more of them.
Will I be told about slots at times I cannot make?+
No. You can filter by time of day, so if only afternoons work for you, mornings and evenings are ignored and you are only contacted about slots that actually fit.
What happens once I pass?+
That is the end of it. The service runs until you get your practical driving test, and you can tell us to stop searching at any point before then.
